Elisabetta Papa contributes to the EPO’s Litigation Matters on the Unitary patent and UPC
Litigation Matters is an online conference for judges, lawyers, European patent litigators and students, organised by the European Patent Office.
The inaugural edition of Litigation Matters is to take place on 5-6 December 2023 and will focus on the implementation of the Unitary patent and on how the Unified Patent Court operates.
On 6 December our Head of Patents Elisabetta Papa is to take part in panel 3 starting at 10,30 a.m.
