Our partner Elisabetta Papa with Sofia Santoro and Benedetta Soranzo are looking forward to attending the AIPLA 2024 Annual Meeting taking place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, in the Washington area, 24-26 October 2024.

The meeting’s program covers a range of IP-related topics, ranging from the Unified Patent Court to trademark enforcement in counterfeiting, design patent law, patent litigation, DEI in intellectual property practice and more.

AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) represents both owners and users of intellectual property: a wide and diverse spectrum of people from law firms, companies, and institutions involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, as well as other fields of law affecting intellectual property.

Società Italiana Brevetti is a long-standing and active member of the association.
