Legal Implications for Marketing and Advertising in Food & Beverage: Paolo Veronesi speaks at UIA seminar
Our expert on intellectual property rights in the food and beverage sector Paolo Veronesi is to speak at the seminar organized by the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) with the support of the Turin Bar Association “Legal Implications for Marketing and Advertising Agreements. Providing Effective Advice to Maximize Benefits and Avoid Pitfalls. Food and Beverages as a Case Study”, taking place on 14-15 March 2025 in Turin, Italy.
The seminar aims to provide a general view of several legal aspects to be considered when analysing advertising and marketing strategies as well as contractual obligations of parties involved.
The focus is on how to provide legal advice to clients preparing a marketing/digital marketing campaign for food and wine products, in view of differences in legislation worldwide, in particular where alcoholic products are concerned.
Intellectual property issues and different kinds of advertising agreements will also be a topic.
The title of Paolo’s contribution, scheduled on the event’s second day, is “Legal claims and jurisprudence in the F&B sector: more recent cases”.
