Since beginning her practice in 2001, Marta has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for, and provided advice to, major research organisations, universities and multinational companies as well as Italian and foreign medium-sized companies.

Member of the Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute), Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office and EPLIT.

Qualifications

Italian and European Patent Attorney, Italian and European Trademark Attorney, Community Design Attorney. European Patent Litigator (qualified to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court).

Education

Master’s degree in Chemistry, University of Padua.
Master’s Diploma in intellectual property organized by IP Centre of Verona.
European Patent Litigation Certificate – Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe, Centre d’Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle, University of Strasbourg.
