• a draft description of the invention and/or priority document

  an indication of the state of the art on the which the invention was based

• draft drawings, if needed, or instructions for SIB to prepare drawings
• name and address of applicant.

Additional documents which can be produced even after filing the application

• a declaration of the inventor
• power of attorney (Link.doc, 46 K) for representation of the applicant before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
