Carlo Bogna to attend the EUIPO’s Intellectual Property Case Law Conference in Alicante
Our Carlo Bogna is to attend 5th the Intellectual Property Case Law Conference (IPCLC) taking place in Alicante on 29-30 April 2024.
One of the major events organised by the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the IPCLC aims to provide insights on the various facets of intellectual property that are evolving rapidly as Big Tech gets to play an ever-greater role in our society.
It focuses on case-law, examines recent legislative reforms and explores the challenges that high-tech environments present for intellectual property in general and for trademarks and designs in particular.
The event is designed to encourage interactive discussions among participants through panel debates with influential figures drawn from private practice, judiciary, academia and major IP offices.
