We love to be wherever innovation meets markets: from 6 to 8 May 2025 we are to attend Macfrut, the international fruit and vegetable supply chain fair taking place at the Rimini Expo Centre.

“Healthy Food” is the theme of the 2025 edition of Macfrut, with a focus on innovative fruit and vegetable products with a high nutritional value.

Our intellectual property experts in the agri-food sector – SIB partner Valentina Predazzi together with Gioia Perucci and Antonella Maurer, accompanied by SIB Lex partner Federico Caruso – are attending the event to catch up with our clients, make new friends and check out the newest trends.

This year the event, organized in collaboration with experts from the University of Bologna, involves a new approach combining scientific discussion and edutainment with reference to well-being and health.

Don’t miss the International Symposium on Biotechnological Tools in Horticulture, with a great panel of experts speakers Federico Caruso, who is to speak about “Leveraging Patents and IP Rights to Foster Innovation in Agricultural Biotechnology”.

The symposium is organized by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
