Our partner Elisabetta Papa and Benedetta Soranzo are looking forward to attending the AIPLA 2023 Annual Meeting taking place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, close to Washington, 19-21 October 2023.

The meeting’s program covers a range of IP-related topics, from the ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence in research and development to trademarks, Standard Essential Patents licensing and more.

AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) represents both owners and users of intellectual property: a wide and diverse group of people, from law firms, companies, and institutions, who are involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, or in other fields of law affecting intellectual property.

Società Italiana Brevetti is a long-standing and active member of the association.
