Our partner and plant breeders’ rights expert Stefano Borrini will be in Ancona at the Polytechnic University of the Marche Region on 5 September 2018 to speak at a seminar on intellectual property and new plant varieties.

Stefano Borrini’s lecture will focus on the protection of new plant varieties as well as on the patentability of life science inventions and in particular on the protection of micro-organisms developed and used to support plant growth.

The event is part of the 24^th National Congress of the Italian Phytopathological Society organised by the Polytechnic University of the Marche Region and by the Italian Phytopathological Society (SIPAV).
