We’re really excited to be taking part in the AIPLA Spring Meeting on 15-17 May 2018 in Seattle.

The program features an impressive list of keynote speakers as well as many unmissable learning events and sessions.

What’s more on Wednesday 16 May, the morning Concurrent Track 3 will see our Partner Elisabetta Papa moderate two discussions.

The first discussion, “Arbitration, It’s No Mediation” is to include contributions from speakers Elizabeth Ann (Betty) Morgan of The Morgan Law Firm, Independent Arbitrator and Mediator Sally Harpole and Susan Nycum of Technology Dispute Resolution Services.

The second topic, “The Equivalence or Not of Doctrines of Equivalents Around the World”, will be discussed by Jay A. Erstling of Patterson Thuente Pedersen, William P. Atkins of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and Beatriz San Martín of Fieldfisher.
