Patent Star practitioners are ranked by the World IP Survey conducted annually by the specialised British magazine Managing Intellectual Property.

The World IP Survey lists the best intellectual property firms world wide, based on in-depth field research and hundreds of interviews with firms’ clients, peers and other intellectual property experts.

For all four of our partners, this is the fourth consecutive patent star badge.

The 2017 World IP Survey lists SIB Società Italiana Brevetti in Tier 1 for trademark prosecution and tier 2 for patent prosecution. We are the only Italian firm to have been ranked constantly in Tier 1 for trademark prosecution for 12 consecutive years.
