The IP Stars 2021 trademark prosecution rankings are out, and we are delighted to announce that SIB is ranked once again in top tier!

We are the only Italian IP firm to have received this recognition for 16 consecutive years.

SIB has also been awarded the Italy Patent Prosecution firm of the Year 2021 Managing IP Award, and shortlisted for the Italy Trademark Prosecution firm of the Year award (which SIB won in 2020).

IP Stars rankings are based on information that independent research analysts obtain from firms, IP practitioners and their clients through interviews, email and online surveys. Publicly available information (such as court or IP office data) is also reviewed.

There is no cost to participate, and firms cannot vote or pay for their own inclusion.
